A subscription is a recurring service. It contains the client, line items, frequency, and next due date. From here you manage notices, collections, and documents.
The subscription period
The due date appears in the list. If you turn on notices, the client receives a reminder on the days you choose. When they pay, use Paid: Reneva records the collection and calculates the next due date.
Under the title of an active subscription, one line sums up what happens: "Next document: 9 Oct · automatic invoice · 2 periods without a document". It says when Reneva prepares the next document, whether it does so by itself or you create it, and how many periods still wait for a document.
When the service ends, archive the subscription.
The list
The list shows the active company's subscriptions. Use + Filter and saved views to find rows. Subscription-specific filters are in The subscriptions list.
Amounts
Amounts are net. The document applies taxes according to company details, configured in Companies and users.
How often
Choose How often on the subscription. You can add frequencies in Customizations; a change applies from the next due date.
