Integrations gathers the connections with external tools: bringing your data, importing from Fatture in Cloud and subscribing to deadlines.
Bring your data
Bring your data lists the imports in order: clients, issued invoices, expenses, movements. Each shows its source (CSV or XML) and its status, done if you have already confirmed an import, to do otherwise. The button opens the usual import, the same as in the lists.
For invoices and received invoices you can upload an XML, a zip of XML files only, or the exported CSV. A zip with files of another type is refused: it is not mixed with other formats.
Import from Fatture in Cloud
In the Import from Fatture in Cloud section, paste the New personal token and press Save. After verification, select the Company on Fatture in Cloud: the choice saves immediately. If it is already linked or has historical documents, check the displayed source before importing; the source company selection stays locked.
Then press Import from Fatture in Cloud and choose the data and, for documents, the year. Each step acquires one page; review and confirmation are separate. You can import even when new documents are issued through Reneva: connecting a source does not change the issuing channel.
Deadline calendar
As an administrator, select the company and press Add to calendar. Copy the private link and subscribe by URL in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. Use a subscription rather than importing the file: the external calendar receives updates when it reads the link again.
The feed includes active subscriptions, installments awaiting invoicing and open deadlines from accessible modules, from the previous 30 days to the next 365 days. Already documented installments are excluded. Titles show the type and number, without amounts or private notes; the external calendar cannot change Reneva.
Anyone with the link can read those deadlines. Revoke link stops subsequent reads; a new link must be subscribed to again. Tenant suspension or loss of the administrator's access also stops reading. Revocation does not remove copies already stored in the external calendar.
Other connections
The external connections already available are in
