The main lists share the same commands. Options change with the section and your role; each section's own options are in its article, for example Subscriptions.
The numbers strip
The strip summarises the section's most useful indicators. A tile shown as a link applies the matching filter to the table.
The i icon explains the calculation. By default there are four tiles: the cog chooses the visible ones and Restore defaults restores the initial selection. Some tiles count the whole company and disappear when you narrow the view with a period, a tab or a search.
Search and filters
Where there is a date range, the calendar sits beside the tabs; on your phone it sits below them, and the tabs scroll sideways.
Search narrows the rows. + Filter adds a condition; active labels show what you are filtering and are removed with one click.
When the menu contains at least four filters, Search filters finds names and options and opens matching groups. Clear the search to see everything; applied conditions stay active. For example, type “payment” to find filters related to payments.
For example, in Subscriptions type “Maintenance” in Search. To see only overdue periods, add Collection → Overdue from + Filter. The difference between Status and Collection is in Status and Collection.
Columns and sorting
Click the title of a sortable column to change the order. The columns command chooses which ones to show and, where available, their order. On your phone, show only the ones you need: the rest is on the item's record.
Saved views
When you save a view, it keeps the filters, search, sorting and columns of the list, to return to a recurring view such as “Expenses to check”.
For example, in Subscriptions clear Search, apply Collection → Overdue, press the views' + and Save as view. Enter “Subscriptions to follow up” and confirm with Create view. Reopening it shows the current data with the same choices. You can leave a search active and choose the sorting before saving.
If you change an existing view:
- Save updates that view's choices.
- Save as new creates a separate view.
- Cancel restores the saved choices.
Record navigation
Open a row from the list and use the Previous and Next links at the bottom of the record: they follow the rows selected by the filters and search, in the list’s order. The tab you are reading stays selected: for example, moving to the next client from Notes keeps you on Notes.
Importing a file
Where the section offers Import from CSV, upload the file and review the column matches; the preview and the confirmation stay with you. Match with AI, when available in your plan, sends the headers and up to three shortened rows only after you consent for that file: a new file requires new consent. The full route is in Importing instead of creating.
General overview
General overview groups rows by status or category. Open a group to see its items; return to the list to search, filter or work on one row. An example is in Documents.
