Global search quickly opens clients, subscriptions, client projects and other items in the active company. The Guide has a separate search for instructions.
How it works
Click global search in the top bar and type at least a few letters. Results are grouped by section; click one to open the selected record.
On your phone, use the magnifying glass. To switch company, use the selector in the top bar first and then search again.
When you cannot find a result
Check three things:
- the active company is correct;
- the search term has no mistakes;
- your role can view the section you are searching.
For a precise search inside a list, open the section and use the table's search field.
Searching the guide
Open the Guide and use Search the guide to find a procedure or the meaning of a feature. Guide search does not look for clients or documents.
