The bell collects alerts intended for you. Client emails and document emails have separate settings.
The bell
Click the bell in the top bar to read internal notifications. The counter shows how many you have not opened yet.
When a notification shows Open, use it to go directly to the affected document, subscription, client project or client. If the resource is no longer available, Reneva opens the notifications page instead of taking you to a missing page.
When a client pays from the portal with Stripe or PayPal, a Collected notification arrives with the document and the amount; a payment recorded by hand does not create one. Mark all as read only affects the notifications already listed: one that arrives after you open the panel stays unread.
Automatic documents
After a subscription run, administrators and users with Edit access to Documents receive a summary through the bell and email, plus push on authorized devices. It also arrives when processed periods produced no documents. It distinguishes issued documents, successful sends, disabled sends, failed sends and failed processing.
With access limited to Only their own, the summary covers only clients you follow: documents, errors, counts and links respect this limit. If no client you follow was processed, you do not receive an empty summary. Due dates and their recipients remain in company settings.
