Document settings define the PDF appearance and email text. Check them before your first send.
The PDF style
In Settings → General → Appearance, choose an available style and view PDF preview. The chosen style applies to new PDFs issued by Reneva.
The sending email text
In Settings → Email and alerts → Due dates, section Email for sending documents, set the email subject and text; the Email preview is on the Appearance tab. Use the available variables to insert client or document details. Net payable is the amount actually due; Withholding tax appears only when it applies to the document, before the total and with the sentence reminding the client to withhold it and pay it as withholding agent.
If a customised text still says "Document total" next to the amount variable, the page flags it: that amount is the net payable. A line mentioning the due date is left out when the document has none.
Sending a document
From the row or card, select Send. Check the recipient, subject and text, then confirm. For a native document, the email takes the client to the issued version in the portal, where they can download the PDF and, for an e-invoice, the XML.
With Fatture in Cloud
Sending through Fatture in Cloud has been retired. Reneva notices and reminders remain available on previously acquired documents and open the archived PDF, without creating a second portal or payment.
The send log
The log shows sent documents and their outcome. Open the document to verify the recipient and sending date.
The sender
The sender depends on the company configuration or connected invoicing system. If sending does not start, first check the client email and company settings.
