The strip brings together yearly data, the current situation and forecasts. Each tile shows a total and a short explanation of the calculation.
Before comparing two figures
- check the company and year in the top bar;
- open the tile's i to read its calculation and period;
- check whether the figure describes completed activity, the current situation or a forecast;
- open the linked section to see the rows behind the total.
Tiles with no available data or outside the enabled modules may not appear.
Reading the amounts
Invoiced is the gross total of issued documents, minus credit notes. It includes VAT, social-security surcharge and stamp duty when present. It does not mean that the money has already been collected.
Overdue and Next show what is due into the bank account, net of withholding tax when applicable. To issue shows the expected gross value; when no document exists yet, the figure is an estimate. In negotiation adds up the taxable amount of open quotes, like Documents › Quotes.
Estimates include expected stamp duty once per document.
Collected and Expenses are actual cash movements. Difference in the strip is collected minus expenses: it is a cash difference, not taxable income.
Cash amounts in different currencies remain separate, including the difference.
