Reneva
The price list avoids retyping services and prices. You can use an existing item or save a row you want to reuse.
Fill from price list
In the Line items and amounts tab of a subscription or client project, open Fill from price list on the row and choose an item. Reneva copies its description, category, price, discount and cost.
Add to price list
If you have written a row you will reuse, press Add to price list at the top of the item (on mobile in the ⋯ menu) and confirm. Reneva checks the name and category before creating the item.
A copy, not a link
When you pull in an item, Reneva copies its values to the row:
- change the price list when you want to use a new price;
- open the existing subscription or client project to edit an agreement already saved.
Example: raise the price of "Hosting" in the price list, then update only the subscriptions you want to renegotiate.
